Terms
These terms cover the public Tailored Logic website, the free business assessment, and our text messaging program. Paid work uses written project terms or service agreements.
Business assessments
The free business assessment is a diagnostic starting point. It is not a guaranteed implementation plan, quote, legal advice, financial advice, or promise of specific results.
Project work
Websites, phone and AI front desk services, field operations software, construction software, automation, and custom software work will be governed by written project terms, proposals, statements of work, or service agreements before paid work begins.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: Tailored Logic Customer Care. Users who opt in may receive non-marketing text messages about business assessments, appointment scheduling, service updates, customer care, and follow-up related to Tailored Logic services. Users who separately opt in to marketing messages may also receive text messages about special offers, promotions, and product updates.
SMS consent
SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a form or request a business assessment. If you do not consent to text messages, Tailored Logic may still contact you by phone or email using the contact information you provide. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
SMS opt-out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP in reply to any message. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. For help, text HELP in reply to any message or call (405) 400-2668.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.
Follow-up consent
By submitting a form, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that Tailored Logic may follow up using the consent options you select.
No misuse
Do not submit unlawful, sensitive, confidential third-party, or regulated information through public website forms unless Tailored Logic has agreed to appropriate handling in writing.
Privacy
Your use of the website and messaging programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how it is used, and our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Tailored Logic expands its services, websites, automation packages, and product work.
